When the project begins, aREarchitecture assigns a supervisor and a project manager to carry out the construction smoothly and to communicate clearly with the client throughout the process.
The Supervisor is responsible for all the daily management of the construction process and is supported by the Project Manager on the administrative side.
The entire "Construction Team" is supervised by our Artistic Director as the third and most important control on the whole production.
